Inverclyde wishes to annouce changes to the club's committee for the 2012 season.

In December 2011, the club held its AGM in the Port Glasgow Town Hall. Many topics were up for discussion including voting for the club's committee for the upcoming year.

The biggest of these changes was the club captain. Stewart Blair had held this position for the last four years, and felt that this was the year for him to step down and allow someone else the opportunity to take over and take the team forward into an new era. The club wishes to thank Stewart for all his effort and commitment during his four year tenure. At the same time, the club wishes to congratulate Chris Boswell after being successfully voted in as Captain for the 2012 season. Chris has been the club's Vice Captain for the last couple of years, so should be well prepared for making the step up. David Blair was voted in as the club's Vice Captain.

Greer Church also stepped down as the President of the club after a five year tenure. Again the club wishes to thank Greer for all the work he has done during this time. Congratulations to Craig Watson for being voted in to take on this important role.

All other positions remained the same as last year.
